DISABLE POP-UP BLOCKERS
Do you see a plain white screen after trying to login? If so, your system probably has "pop-up blocking" enabled (something that is often done to avoid ads). The Academy programs run in pop-up windows, so that setting prevents the programs from working.
A quick test is to hold down the Control key on your keyboard when you click the Login button. This temporarily bypasses pop-up blocking on most computers.
If that test allowed the programs to work, simply click on the icon of your web browser to find instructions on how to make that change permanent:
UPDATE FLASH ON YOUR SYSTEM
If the Academy programs don't work and you're sure that pop-up blockers are disabled, you should try updating Flash. Flash is a popular add-on program that allows web browsers to display advanced graphics, videos and animation. Most computers already have it installed and updates are free from Adobe.
To see if you need to upgrade, simply click here to go to Adobe's website. There, you will be able to determine which version of Flash your system already has — and if there are any updates available for downloading.
